Shipping: FREE Shipping for orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00 there is a flat $4.95 charge. We ship by US Priority Mail for packages weighing under 3 pounds. This is a 2-3 day service. UPS Ground shipping is used for orders over 3 pounds. This is a 2-5 day service. Orders placed by 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Due to fraud we do not ship International orders.

Buy any product from All-Ink.com, try it, and if you want to return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase we will refund you 110% of the purchase price. (less shipping, products must be received to us by the 30th day, products must be 70% full.)
2 Year Guarantee: All-Ink.com also offers a 2 Year Guarantee to help protect your purchase. Many people order enough ink or toner to last from a month to a year. If you decide in 18 months to buy a new printer, but you have $125 worth of unopened, unused ink sitting there, we will exchange it for product that works in your new printer. The only limitation to this exchange guarantee is that the product must be un-used and un-opened.
Refunds: Any return that does not quality for the 110% Money-Back Guarantee may be returned for a refund for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days, all returns fall into the 2 Year Guarantee, which means they are only qualified for exchange or in-store credit. See following explanations for details.
New & Unused Product: You may return any un-used or un-opened products within 60 days from the date of purchase for an In-store credit or full (100%) refund. (less shipping)
Open / Used Product: You may return open product(s) within 60 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a refund, but the product must be at least 70% full. All open or used products must be returned before the exchange or refund can be processed. If you need replacement product(s) right away we would encourage you to place an order for the needed product so we can ship it immediately and then refund you when your return arrives.
Defective Product: You may return a defective product for a refund within 60 days from the date of purchase as described in the Open or Used Product paragraph. Any defective product returned after 60 days and up to twenty-four months from date of purchase for In-store credit or exchange. (sample of defective print and description must be sent with return, products must be 70% full.)
Responsibility: All-Ink.com and its affiliates, partners, or suppliers are not responsible for damage to the printhead or circuitry as a result of improper handling, storage, or misuse. When using (removing tape, installing, changing out, or printing with) please be sure to use caution as we do not warranty any part of your machine. We only warranty the product itself. We do not warranty or cover ink spills from any product. If damage occurs to clothing, carpet, furniture, sinks, or anything in your home or office, it is not cover by All Ink, Inc. so please use caution and common sense when removing product from packages, installing in machine, removing from machine, or refilling your own cartridges.
Miscellanious: Checks returned unpaid will be charged a $29.00 fee. This fee and the unpaid check will be represented to your bank electronically without notice.
All-Ink.com is not liable for lost or untraceable packages returned to us. Please return all products with delivery confirmation or your return tracking number. Refunds or exchanges can not be completed if the product do not arrive back to our offices.
Please allow us 15 business days to receive and process your exchange or return. All credit requests are processed within 10 days from the time our Returns Department verifies the product meets the return criteria.
All-Ink.com reserves the right to deny credits or replacements if the product(s) returned do not conform with our return policy.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on any return sent to us with the exception of a mis-shipment. (mis-shipment defined as, All-Ink.com shipping the incorrect part number from our warehouse to you that does not match the part number on your order form.)
In no event shall All Ink, Inc. be liable for any loss, inconvience, or damage, including direct, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, arising out of, or connected in any way with, any order of any merchandise sold hereunder, whether resulting from breech of warranty or any other legal theory.
In no event shall All Ink, Inc. be liable for more than the original purchase price of the products purchased.
When purchasing from All-Ink.com we may contact you from time to time about special offers or discounts. This contact may be made by email or posal mail to your mailing address. If you wish to remove yourself from these offers, please email remove@all-ink.com. At no time will your email address be rented, sold, or used for any other purpose. |
