How do I exchange an item?

If you need to exchange an item because you no longer have the machine the product is for, or you ordered the wrong item then email returns@all-ink.com and tell them you need to exchange items and that you need a return authorization number to send your other order back for an exchange. You will then be given a return authorization number to write on the outside of your package. When we receive your return we will exchange it for the product you want.
