All-Ink.com Free PSP Give-a-Way. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All All-Ink.com Newsletter recipients are automatically enrolled in the sweepstakes and there are two additional ways to enter, either by subscribing to our newsletter online or, if you choose not to be a newsletter recipient, you October enter by U.S. Mail. One entry per person per household per email address or per postal address regardless of how entry is made. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM ANY ONE PERSON OR HOUSEHOLD OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL VOID ALL BUT THE FIRST ENTRY. - Eligibility of Entries: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal United States resident. Employees of All-Ink.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are unable to enter. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM EST on October 31, 2007, and ends online at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 31, 2007. All entries agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. - To electronically enter: Go to http://www.All-Ink.com, click on the "Free Sony PSP" banner link, and complete the registration form by entering the required information. In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the "Enter" button on the website. By electronically entering this Give-a-Way, entrants give their express permission to be contacted and offered promotions by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter online. Limit one entry per valid e-mail address. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder October be required. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited & Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entry deemed to be submitted by such devices. - Drawing: One winner will be selected by randon drawing. The drawing will be on October 31, 2007. Drawings will be conducted by All-Ink.com. The judges of this Give-a-Way, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters. Each entry will be assigned an entry number and the winner will be selected utilizing a random number generator. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail if they entered electronically or by overnight mail if they entered by mail sent out on or about the date of each drawing. Grand Prize - Sony PSP Game Console - Prize Acceptance: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, or assignable. No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. By accepting prize, winner grants All-Ink.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies (Sponsor and its agents) the right to use and publish winner's proper name, state of residence and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes online and in print without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. - Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or mutilated entries by mail, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the Give-a-Way is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Give-a-Way. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its agents, and each of their respective officers, employees, and directors, from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, or the participation in the Give-a-way or in prize-related activities. - Winner's List: The name of the winner will be available on or about October 31, 2007.
